Welcome to JS Digital Productions, Inc. App Support page and thank you for purchasing one or more of our Apps. We work very hard creating and testing our apps thoroughly to ensure a great user experience. This page was designed to help you if you are experiencing a problem with any of our apps.

App Crashing and Crash Reports

If you are experiencing one of our apps crashing AND resetting your iOS device or deleting and re-installing the app did not work, please read below:

If this is happening to you, please don't write a negative review, but instead contact us by filling out and submitting the "Contact App Support" form so we can help you.  We will send you instructions on how to send us a crash report.  A "Crash Report" is a small file located on your computer.  Sending us a crash report will help us to determine what is causing the crash and help us to fix it quickly!  Thank you in advance for your help and patience.

**Sending a crash report is very easy and it can make a big difference in resolving any problems you may be having.

*Important: Just send us the crash report for the JS Digital Productions, Inc. app that is crashing.


Once you find the crash report, please fill out and submit the "Contact App Support" form below and we will send you directions on how to submit the crash report. Thank you.
