Subscriptions & In App Purchases

Some of our apps offer auto-renewing subscriptions and/or other In App Purchase(s) which are managed and processed soley through Apple's App Store. To manage your subscriptions and/or In App Purchases, log into your Apple iTunes account on your Apple device.
Auto-Renewal. If you purchase an auto-recurring periodic subscription, your Payment Method will continue to be billed, by Apple, for the subscription until you cancel. After your initial subscription commitment period, and again after any subsequent subscription period, your subscription will automatically continue for an additional equivalent period, at the price you agreed to when subscribing. If you do not wish your subscription to renew automatically, or if you want to change or cancel your subscription, you will need to access your Apple iTunes account on your Apple device.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL and any charges for purchases, subscriptions, etc. are nonrefundable, and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods.
ALL of our apps, subscriptions, In App Purchases are sold exclusively on Apple's App Store, so kindly direct ANY and/or ALL billing questions, issues, etc. to Apple by logging into your Apple iTunes Account on your Apple device. Thank you.

Contacting our App Support Team is solely for our customers who are having problems with our apps and need further assistance. Any other use is strictly prohibited, and may be a violation of law. We reserve the right to report any such abuse and/or violation(s).
Please note that we respond to most App Support Requests within 24 hours unless it is a weekend, or holiday, in which responses may be longer.
IMPORTANT: We can only support apps that we have created. Check the app or App Store to see who created the app in question. If we did NOT create the app that you are having a problem with then we can not help you and you will need to contact the creator of the app in question. If we have created the app and you are having a problem, or would like to see features added, then we will be happy to help you. Thank you.

Our apps DO NOT collect any personal information.
Our website does not collect any personal information unless you submit one of our online forms, such as our but not limited to, our contact us, app support, creative services, or our mailing list registration form, which collects names, email addresses, and other personal information from our customers and visitors. This data is used solely by JS Digital Productions, Inc. and is not shared, traded, or sold to third parties.
Our website collects non-personal data through the use of server-based "session variables and cookies", which we use to achieve important site functionality.
Our web-server also records IP addresses from all visitors to our site. An IP address is a number that is automatically assigned to your computer when you use the Internet. We use IP addresses to help diagnose problems with our server, to administer our site, to analyze trends, to track user movement through our site, and to gather broad demographic information all for the purpose of continually improving our website and delivering personalized, custom content.
